The E-Commerce and Technol­ogy Department represents businesses acquiring small to large scale computer systems and in negotiating sophisticated software license agreements, hardware purchase agreements, maintenance agreements, soft-ware distribu­tion and marketing agreements and other agree­ments. We have also assisted clients in obtaining copyrights for software, handled sophisti­cated software-related litigation and represented clients in various internet-related matters.
