Alfred M. Walker, of counsel to the firm, has extensive experience representing clients in the protection of their intellectual property rights, including patent and trademark matters.  

Mr. Walker is admitted to practice in the State of New York, the United States District Courts for the Eastern District of New York, the United States Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit and the United States Patent and Trademark Office, and is a member of the Suffolk County Bar Association and its Intellectual Property Committee, and the New York State Bar Association and its Intellectual Property Committee.

Mr. Walker is a graduate of the State University of New York at Stony Brook (B.A., 1970, M.S., 1972), and the Hofstra University School of Law (J.D., 1976).  

Mr. Walker was a member of the Town of Huntington Historic Preservation Commission from 1984-2006.
