Louis H. Fiore, a partner in the firm’s Real Estate Practice group, represents clients in a wide range of real estate transactions, including industrial and office leasing, financing, industrial development agency transactions, commercial and multi-family transactions and residential transactions.  In addition to real estate transactional experience, Mr. Fiore has litigated numerous landlord-tenant matters and has experience handling criminal law matters.

Mr. Fiore is admitted to practice in the State of New York and is a member of the Suffolk County Bar Association.

Mr. Fiore is a graduate of the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign (B.A., 1995) and the Washington College of Law at American University (J.D. Magna Cum Laude, 1998) where Mr. Fiore was an Articles Editor of the American University Law Review.
